Of course! The exercises and principles provided in this plan work equally as effective for men as they do for women. This program will flatten your stomach, tighten your abs, and heal diastasis recti regardless of gender.
  Can I do this program while pregnant?
Absolutely!! The "Clean Eating" and "Fat-Burning Cardio" can be followed your entire pregnancy. However I usually recommend the core rehab part of the program through the first two trimesters only. You'll be spending a lot of time on your back performing the exercises and by your third trimester this would be contraindicated. However I encourage women to continue to practice contracting the deep core in sitting and standing positions during this final trimester.
  How soon after pregnancy can I start these exercises?
The general rule of thumb is to wait 6 weeks after delivery to start any exercise program. Depending on your delivery type, body type, exercise experience, etc, this time period may be more or less. You should always ask your doctor to determine when it is safe for you to start these exercises.

  What is diastasis recti?
Diastasis recti is a separation of the anterior abdominal muscle (the rectus abdominis) at its connective tissue. It is typically caused be increased pressure from the inside of the abdomen, like that experienced during pregnancy.
  Should I stop working out while doing this program?
